Overview

Viral Nest Home is a web-based e-commerce platform focused on home and lifestyle products. The project involved developing a branded storefront, organizing product content, building administrative management interfaces, and integrating WhatsApp Cloud API to support customer communication. The goal was to create a professional shopping experience alongside practical website management tools.

Challenge

The main challenge was transforming the existing website into a distinct, professionally branded e-commerce experience while maintaining its core functionality. Another challenge was configuring WhatsApp Cloud API integration and troubleshooting webhook authentication, business account identification, and phone number registration.

Approach & solution

I worked on the website's branding, storefront layout, responsive styling, and administrative interfaces. I also configured the WhatsApp webhook and API integration, investigated authentication and WABA ID mismatches, and worked through phone number registration issues to establish a reliable communication workflow.
